Our own hallmark brand has become a smash hit at our farmers markets, regional Trattorias,  Restaurant's and Pizzaria's popular as a topping to create our own signature Sorcerers Wild Catskills Forest Mushroom medley pizza as well encrusted into local bakery breads, Shout out to Olivias bakery!! An inspiration to us all since our Woodstock farmers market inception she brings crowds that line up both directions to sell out mid market most days!
 Is amazing to watch and build my own lines now, were all slam dunking it!
Our blend does vary with seasonality of the wilds but our Signature standard Rainbow oyster Culture club medley of While, yellow, blue black and grey oysters as well seasonal fall olive Oysterlings
