Shop Policies


All orders are shipped from New York via USPS, and typically ship within 2 - 5 business days of payment being received.  Sometimes it can take a bit longer depending on order volume.
All orders shipped via Priority Mail will receive up to $50 insurance. 
If you need expedited shipping, additional insurance, or a signature confirmation upgrade, Please email me at before placing your order as there is an additional cost that will need to be paid for these services.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, or was determined undeliverable for any reason, the buyer will be responsible for the additional re-shipping fee.
Refunds will not be issued for any packages shown as delivered by the tracking number.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.  That being said though, I want to ensure that everyone who purchases from my shop is satisfied with their products.  If you receive your order and there is an issue, please email me at and I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction.

Should you want to cancel an order, please email me within 2 hours of placing it.  After that, all cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  This is because often I will begin working on your order shortly after its placed in an attempt to get you your package as quickly as possible.
