Proud to bee offering one of my  multigenerational Ramapough Mountain families time honored creations from our own Honeybees!

This honey and the wax have a beyond wowful floral scent that is beyond words yummy.

Our hives are located deep in the Catskill forest far from any chemicals and pollution in lush spring fed location we are actively regenerating into native fruit and nut tree and bramble production and our huuuge garden enclosure is all veeery exciting!!

Grateful heart

So grateful to receive these lovely offerings. Wild foods are the best and their blueberries and honey will leave you in delight. I add the blueberries to my oatmeal, no added sweetener because they are so naturally sweet. Also delicious in salads and just popped on their own. The honey is delicious in my morning tea. Thank you for your integrity and love of the land…it transcends ordinary appreciation.
